I ordered a split ac from Amazon on 29 June which was supposed to be delivered till 7th July but it didn’t delivered till 9th July so I tried to cancel the product and request for refund but It was not happening though app so I called the customer care and they assured me to get refund in next few days but still app status is “product on the way” which supposed to be canceled and they should initiate my refund. I tried connected with customer care multiple time but no positive result.
