I have cancelled an order having order ID OD428064338131913100 still the pick up process is not initiated. After repeated follow ups and complaints I have been fake promised for resolution but still there is no pick up and refund. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. This is the worst service provided to a loyal customer.
