I ordered Amazefit watch on 11 Oct 2021 , I get a call on 16th Oct from delivery agent that he has a parcel. So I asked him do you know my address. He said yes. So I asked him to give me product at my doorstep. He gave me reason of Parking. So I tell him park there where my bike is standing. He said other customers came down to take parcel why don’t you come and collect it. So I tell him Amazon customer services said to me that I will get doorstep delivery. Then He started abusing me on my mom and sister. I also have recording of that. He didn’t stop there. He cancelled my order and return it to seller. So ultimately I didn’t get order and got abused by Delivery Agent. I called Amazon customer service, they just raised ticket for him. And they don’t even try to deliver my product. As it is prepaid they said you will get refund.
