Text of Complaint by Himanshu Kaushal:

Dear Team,
Please be informed that I was using a credit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Due to some unavoidable circustamces that happened with my family and me, I was unable to make the payment on time for 2 months. In May 2023 I received a call from one of the executive Abhimanyu (Whatsapp name) / Malik Milan Bishnoi (Trucaller name) +91-8875508282 informing that my card has been blocked due to non payment. I requested them for the reversal of Penalty charges and agreed with them for making the payment and asked if it can be done in small installments. They informed that ok we can arrange for the same with 8-9 months installments to which I agreed. They told that you will be getting an official mail for the acknowledgement of the request and asked me to make the payment after receiving the same. I agreed on it. To my surprise I did not received any mail till 10th of July. Then suddenly on 11th July I received a call again from the executive stating that I have not made the payment to which I informed that Since I have not received any Authorization letter how could I make the payment. He asked me for the my Adhaar card and informed that soon I would be receiving the letter on my official mail and he would share the same on WhatsApp as well. I said Ok after receiving the mail I will make the payment as per schedule mentioned in it.
Till today 23/07/2023 I did not received any communication over mail and on WhatsApp. Today i received a call from him again that why I have not made the payment started shouting on me and started using abusive language and threatened me that executive is visiting the place and he will spoil my social reputation in my society. I also lost my cool and had a hot discussion with him which was wrong on my part.
I accept that there was delay in making the payment from my side and was ready to make the payment which was used by me but the behave of the executive is not good and now I’m feeling threat personally and for my family. Till today I was taking it lightly but today I’m writing this complaint officially against him as I am not feeling safe personally and for my family as well.

Hope to have some action against him ASAP.
