I had used paytm postpaid service and paid all my dues on time till January, 2022. Due to some financial constrains, I could not pay the principal amount and paid only the interest parts in February and March. On 19-03-2022, I got some messages in my whatsapp from paytm executive which were threatening and very abusive. He directly attacked my family through his messages. All the messages are attached with this complaint. After that incident, I got hundreds of calls from paytm to clear my dues. I only requested them to provide me their mail id or contact no. so that I can escalate the matter to higher authorities. They never gave me any mail id or solution. Rather they insisted me not to do anything apart from paying the balance. I want to proceed legally in this matter as I am afraid of my life as well as that of my family. The person who sent me the messages got all my details i.e. photo, address, aadhar no., PAN no. etc. He may harm me or my family in any form. Please help.
