Hi,
This month I have not been able to pay my EMI as I am out of job.
I received a call from collection agent +919999067477. He started with abusing me in hindi. The language was full of filth that I can’t even write.
Also my known colleagues were approached for asking me to pay EMI. Why?
As a customer I am not at all accepting this behaviour. This is illegal to defame my dignity and prestige in society and penalizing for taking loan from Bajaj.
If a customer is out of job or due to some other unforeseen circumstances fails to pay a EMI doesn’t makes him a defaulter.
The company can take necessary legitimate action to recover the amount. And these legitimate action doesn’t include abusive language on collection calls or threats as far as I am aware.
As a customer we have taken loan and pay interest and other charges not just to get insulted and defamed.
I hope and I am sure that you will be helping me out in this adverse situation. However I am feeling as if I have made a crime by taking loan from Bajaj finance Ltd.
