I have taken a loan through phocket loan app for 25K in April2022 payable in 3 months. However, due to medical emergency and a fatal accident occurred during this period i was not able to make the payment. i tried to arrange funds from some other sources pay, but was not successful. however, from july 22 starting without my knowledge the loan company Phocket & DRP financial services representative Neha Sharma (phone no 7577064584/ 6026299880/8486296741/ 9718541604) started contacting my phone contacts and speaking to them in abusive and bad language and threatening for payments in my name. This is not the terms and conditions of the loan and my contact information is misused and breaking the banking/NBFC repayment/collection guidelines. I want this to be taken forwardand file for a damage and compensation
