Hi have taken loan from lendingkart, unfortunately Sep 2021 EMI bounced due to insufficient funds due to loss in my Business.
One Mr Sanjeeva from Lendingkart legal dept called me from 9811131678 and when I explained my situation and also asked him for clarification on Aug 2021 fraudulent transaction happened to me in their name, he started abusing me in vulgar words for missing EMI and they cannot do anything for the fraudulent transaction and When I asked, is this how you behave with your customers?, he started scolding me again in vulgar words loudly and rudely.
Hence I request an appropriate action against Lendingkart for harassing their customer using vulgar words and making me mentally ill.
