My send Sandip Sindha from Mumbai. I was visited Kashid beach dt. 12th Feb’2022 (Saturday) with my family (Wife, 2 sons (7 years and 11 years old)). We were occupied 1 BHK checked in date 12th Feb’2022 at VASANTAM BEACH RESORT (Sarve Kashid, Near Bus Stop Post – Kashid, Taluka, Murud, Maharashtra 402401) charges Rs. 2500/- (UPI ID 204397230699) nearby 3 pm.
Around 9 pm myself and my family was seated near swimming pool table to spend some nighttime. At 10 pm hotel reception person came with his friends (2 persons) for drink alcohol nearby where I was seated with my family. I was requested to do not drink in front of my family members then they started verbal abuse me and said to leave my hotel right now where the time was 10:30 pm. In between their one of friend informed that he is the owner of hotel, and he can do anything in his premises. My self and my family were scared because we were not a Maharashtrian (I am belonging to Gujarat).
We were gone to room and sleep without any argument and leave place on 13th Feb (Sunday).
This is very bad experience to me and would like to take legal action against hotel management/person. The incident was recorded in hotel camera if they have can be proof of misbehavior.
