sir on 23 rd aug 2022i have taken a loan of 3799 from cash world loan app and i paid amount on 29th i paid full amount and send screen shot on whatts app number from which i got reminder for payment
i have done payment to upi kumarsourabh677980@okhdfcbank from my phone pay
after payment still recovery agent was calling me and asking for upi number 12 digit which i give on whattsapp call as he was only calling from whatts app.
after all details taken he used abused lanungage and even treated me he will not close my loan as i told i will file complaint in police then he told me do what ever you want
and at end by using abused lanugague he closed my loan
sir please raise issue for abused language and treated not to close loqn
