I am using airtel postpaid 9618538987 plan 499 and before coming to United states ,i had activated the international roaming pack of 100Rs.
I have not made any calls with my Airtel number 9618538987 (Hyderabad) but only used for emergency data still the bills amount seems completely absurd and just too much 16815 for not even for a month but around 15days.
I feel its cheating as my Airtel postpaid Credit limit 7800 (Refer Attachment ) and my monthly bill is coming around 16815 way above my bill cycle credit limit.
Credit limit is a way to avoid bill shock, its sets a limit for the maximum amount of out of bundle charges per the billing period and a maximum value for the monthly bill.
You guys cannot charge me above my credit limit , you should have disable data and outgoing if i had crossed my credit limit.
