It was very strange for us, the kind of absurd and shoddy treatment we been gone through with today at Vodafone Outlet in Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi, exactly under the Ayushman Hospital.
Me & my wife visited at the outlet as we were facing issues pertains to the 4G Services. We were not aware of the Outlet closing Timings and we reported there 10 minutes past 19:00 Hours, the gentlemen we introduced to,was the Customer Service Manager at the Outlet, his name was Sumit, he didn’t share his last name/ Surname. We been bluntly told that the Outlet has been closed, we can revisit the Outlet, we requested as there was another customer standing there with him and he was also getting his issues sorted, however to our surprise he started laughing on my wife when she questioned that we were not aware of the closure timings of that outlet, this was our 2nd visit to this outlet, when I questioned why you are laughing? Are we friends? Did we crack any joke which is a reason of you being laughing. To our surprise he started taking his pics by removing his mask, it was really shocking for both of us, when again my wife questioned that is this the way you treat your Customer visiting to your outlet, to our surprise there was No Answer. There was a lady holding another counter started screaming on my wife. Not sure the kind of academic levels they are holding or they have gone through with some soft skills trainings or something else after which you can proudly say that they are “Happy To Help” while addressing Custimers at the Outlet. Our previous visit was on Sunday, 2 weeks back, probably 12th July as the billing cycle starts from 16th of every month, where we been told that they are not Operational though we seen the OutletĀ was Open and a gentlemen holding Vodafone batch on his shirt was there. He simply refused to help by saying that they are not operational on that day.
Not sure, why we been messed with these Outlet Folks. Seems it’s our fault and we are at guilty.
Thought of sharing it with you, not sure until which level this complaint would go and how it will get resolved.
Thanks & Regards
Deepak
