1. I was in Bangalore.
2. I moved to Goa and I have no network whatsoever
3. But I am called frequently to pay bill, when I ask where is network, the customer care says they will escalate my complaint
4. I complain to the CEO office, they only talk about bill payment, not how the going to fix network issue
5. I ask to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, they say I got to take a local sim, use it as postpaid for 4 months and then I can go prepaid. That means I pay 4 more months for no network.
6. It is Mobile, right, and I should be able to access it anywhere in India…
7. To migrate, I should go back to Bangalore, which is ridiculous in this day of digital transformation.. Maybe not for Airtel
8. I get only calls for bill payment, not on network resolution
9. All my bank accounts are linked to this number. Even if I pay the bills, my problem will continue
10. Airtel is the pits.
11. I am waiting to cancel the connection which has been deactivated
12. Pathetic consumer Service
