This is with regards to my Vodafone mobile number +91-9920094439 which is tied up with many online transactions. On 13 April 2020 my international roaming facility was disconnected without any form of intimation. on 22 April 2020 while doing my online transaction linked to this number did not delivered the OTP, and found my network was showing emergency calls only. Raised a complaint via email as am currently in Saudi Arabia. i was told on 23 Apr 2020 that i roam facility is deactivated. i asked them to send the plan but they created lot of confusion by no clearing the fact and told they will reinstated the network. till date it is not resolved and my mobile phone is still showing emergency calls only which has costed me overdue charges for my other transactions due to non receipt of OTP. i had been assured Engineer will contact me – but no one even send an email explaining steps to fix this issue. As am a technical person tried all what i can but could not achieved to get my network back. Need your support to escalate this to highest level and hoping a positive response.
