Text of Complaint by Jasleen Singh:

I am a paytm user. I’ll use the paytm postpaid scheme sometime for recharge. I don’t add any type of money in paytm postpaid. It will automatically add to my account. So, I’ll use that money for mobile recharges.  I don’t received any message to pay back that money to paytm. So, paytm cutomer care members call me to pay back that money. But I’m not be able to pay that money because I don’t even use paytm account from some days because my mobile doesn’t work. So, paytm customer call me to pay that amount and talk very rudely to me that is not a way of talk with the any customers. I’ll talk very gently to her but she can’t. So, I want to complaint of that customer member and take an action on her. Thank you.
