Text of Complaint by RAJESH CHATRABHUJ KALE:

I HAVE BOUGHT A RED X SIM WITH. MONTHLY RENTEL 999+ GST AS VODAFONE PROMISED TO GIVE 50% EXTRA NETEORK SPEED THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE USUAL NETWORK SPEED TOO.

WHENEVER I RAISED COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS THEY SAID JUST SOLVED AND THE PROBLEM REMAINED AS IT IS.

SOMETIMES THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE WORKING FOR NETWORK COVERAGE AND IF IT IS CORRECT THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT TO SEND ME BILL UNTILL THEY ARE ABLE TO GIVE ME PROPER SERVICE.
