I had port my number reliance to Vodafone on 27/11/2018. That time Vodafone mini store excutive said you need to deposit 250 rupees for secysecu amount.l and this amount will be refund after 2 months , refund mode is either Cash or adjust in your bill. I  have been using vodafone for more than 1 years,  I had visited multiple times sotre all time they said it is not possible. I don’t give any money. due to this reason I have been using this service till now.
