- I was using Vodafone since 2007. Recently they have deactivated my number saying I am not using it. When I visited nearby Vodafone store they told me that I have to opt for postpaid instead of prepaid and if I want my number to continue I must buy another sim. So they gave me two sim and at that time they told me that they will not charge for the second sim. But they are charging me for both the sim so I have decided to port my number. I have completed all the procedure for mnp. Other company is ready to activate my service but Vodafone is not deactivating their service.
Network changing from Vodafone to Others – Reg.(9655364645 + 31 no cug numbers)

Please note that we have been communicating since October first week regarding changing of network from Vodafone to others. Based on the request from Vodafone, we have closed all the pending payments in the 3rd week of October and informed Salem & Namakkal branches for further proceedings. Now we are in the 3rd week of November but still there is no growth in the process and we are not getting proper response from Vodafone customer care. Here the main issue is we are requesting a port process but we are getting a reply showing that payment outstanding, but as per our statement there are no pending payments at our end. So we request you to please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Note: Last one month follows to the local mini store and Salem Vodafone head office also, Still now not responding to the above mentioned problem.
