Sir I have requested the sim to upgrade from prepaod to postpaid.
I have submitted my document on 26 december 2018 but after 5 days company will send me message
“Dear Surya, your request to upgrade your Airtel No. 9109999923 from Prepaid to Postpaid was not processed as documents verification for your number could not be completed successfully. For more details,contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest Airtel store.”
Because company will not subimsubm my document and the person whoes come has not respond any phone
Jab sim upgrade h nahi karna thi to itna offer kyo diya I think airtel is best .But this time company has disappointed me and after that I never use ur sim and also say family members not to use airtel sim
