my name is kodati raviteja, i paid the total loan taken in dhani app in March 2022, app in March. And I closed the dhani app. But dhani app did not update my loan closed details in my credit report. I gave a complaint in dhani app about this matter on jun 30,2022, dhani app sent a mail saying that your problem will be resolved in 15 days. But the credit report is not updated. I gave a complaint again on July 17, 2022, and again they gave an answer that the account will be closed in 15 days. But till now dhani app shows loan active in credit report. Please do me justice.
