Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 through Flipkart App on EMI on Axis Bank Credit card on 22 March 2020 at 3:19 P.M with Order ID – OD118172576481357000. The promised date of delivery was 28 March 2020 but the product is still not delivered. At first flipkart tollfree executive said that due to COVID-19 delivery of my order will be delayed for 15 days. They committed this for 2/3 times. After one an half month my order was dispatched on 5th of May 2020 by seller and also picked up by courier partner. All further detail of courier movements is attached herewith for your reference by sceen shots. Now Flipkart has cancelled my order without my permission on reason that delivery on my pin code is not available at present. If delivery is not available at my pin code then how other fresh orders are delivered in 2 to 3 days after placing the order. From 15th of May I received daily 1 or 2 calls from Flipkart to cancel my order. It will very stressful to hear daily to cancel my order. Now this is last request to Flipkart from me that please deliver my order or refund me the double amount of my order. Otherwise I will move to consumer court against Flipkart take a legal action. I will also put complaint of Mentally Harassment on Flipkart. I hope Flipkart will corporate with me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Details are given below
