Text of Complaint by Naveen Goyat:

Got recharge done on 23rd October 2020. Got last number wrong and the recharge had been done to the wrong number.  Airtel refuse to help and keeps asking me to contact retailer with the false statements that the retailer can help me and the retailer refuse to help me because my number is from Delhi region and I got the recharge done from Haryana. They can provide all the services without any roaming charges thought the country but when it comes to resolve issue they start quoting regional excuses. At last I was asked to contact the Mitra retailer app by getting contact number from Google. Regional wrong recharge can get refunded but not inter-reigonal. If they can provide services without any extra charges then they should provide help regarding these issue also, Mitra retailer app is not going to give me mobile services, Airtel does and the paid amount will reach their account and they should be help their customers.
