I have purchased my boat bassheads 220 black on 20-6-2020. After 3 months of purchase, right side of the earphones is not working properly and mic is also glitchy. I have registered a complaint at their official site with ticket number 1563410. They’re neither updating the status of my complaint nor replying to my emails.
