We bought the product through installer that offering the TV BOX in his information and all navigation is good all while he give us benefits for the TV BOX, but when we used it after an hour after we connected the box on our wifi all movies from the youcine is always loading even our wifi is our main wifi even in newly load device for hotspot same issue will happen, I want to report the installer. We want refund for the TV BOX that is inconvenient product what we used for that product since that product is not functioning as normal?
