To,

who so ever concerned,

I am a customer of the airtel digital tv services. Customer ID no: 3013792013. According to the new rules set by TRAI , we had selected our channels one the 1st of February which was not activated till today i.e., 14.02.2019. On top of this faulty service that was extended the airtel operator activated few channels and skipped my entire Ala Carta channels. I am even charged for this unknown package this entire 14 days. The customer care isn’t responding with a credible solution and recently have stopped answering the calls.

I request you to kindly look into this and resolve it at the earliest as the inconvenience caused is too high in all terms of time, money and service.
