Made a transaction of 500.00 rupees on15/02/23 to my friend bank of baroda account through Paytm by my Kotak Mahindra account but the amount yet not credited to the beneficiary account . Amount yet not refunded according to the RBI guidelines if the payment delay then 100 rupees per day as compensation will be given.
