I have ordered two products with order id’s 40063216815 and 40006342083 from snapdeal and both the item are incomplete. Once of the item is not yet opened as well. The courier came for pick up thrice but used abusive language and asked for complete order as per the website description but how can I give the complete order if received incomplete order. The customer care representative also cannot help inspite of several emails.
