Respected Sir/Madam,
The electricity bill i received this month consists of extra amount of Rs 4474 as ACD without any information and proper explanation about these charges all of a sudden . I kindly request to give a proper explanation of this amount so that we can pay this amount without any hesitation. I request a payment slip fr this amount and how and when i get this amount back from the electricity board , it’s a sudden burden fr a normal person , i request no force fr this amount at a time payment . When i went to the electricity office they are giving different reasons which are not at all acceptable.
