I am filing this complaint against Shadowfax due to a fraudulent and irresponsible act by their delivery agent.
On 13oct, the Shadowfax delivery agent arrived for my order (Order ID: OD335622678677762100). The agent asked for the OTP, which I provided. However, after entering the OTP, the agent did not hand over my package and left the location. Later, the order status was updated as “Delivered,” even though I never received the item.
This is a clear case of:
Misconduct by the delivery agent
False delivery confirmation
Negligence in service
Potential fraud and breach of trust
I contacted customer support, but the issue has not been resolved. I have suffered mental stress and inconvenience because of this incident.
I request the Consumer Complaints Court to take strict action against Shadowfax and the responsible delivery agent, and to direct the company to either:
Deliver my original item immediately, OR
Provide a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I am attaching all necessary proof, including call logs, screenshots, and delivery status updates.
