I have registered a service request on 13th of September 2023. Stating that.. the indicator of the RO purifier is not working so because of that water is not filtering. Till today the costomer support and the technician are not responding properly.. they just say technician will come within 48hrs. But till date no one came. I have mailed them several times.. but no response at all. And the costomer support person name was Chetan..and in my home my parents stay aLoan they can’t get water from outside daily because of age factor.
