I ordered medicine from dhani store but it was delivered late and so the patient was unable to get it. When the package arrived the delivery partner said you have to go in app to return your order. When i applied for returning they sent me a link for details for returning. The delivery partner took the package and next day again gave it to me saying that it shows some error and i have to do the same process again. When i did that process again they stopped giving me proper feedback and said the link will be delivered in 24 hrs but was not delivered ,this happened more than 3 time and now they are saying you did not create return requests on time.
