I ordered 2 products from ajio. Ans it was defectuve. Then i olaced return request of those products. But courier person refused to take it back as the size was big. They cant able to carry it on bike. Then i called in ajio many times. I speaked to their supervisor senior suoervisor ,etc but till now they are not able to resolve my issue. My return was automatically gets cancelled and now they are not creating the new one by saying that ur time has lapsed. But i created my return request on time but due to their negligence it was not picked up. Now I want to return my product and get my refund.
