SIR,
I have been contacting paytm mall helpline number from the past 14 days for my product pickup, but paytm executives are so much irresponsible that they are just delaying my pickup and harassing me against it….. I have called in the helpline number for a ample number of times but they are delaying it and from today onwards I am also paying the money for the damaged product. whenever I call in the helpline number they only say that sir u please stay calm, our team is looking after it. I just can’t understand what type of work is their team doing that the consumer has to face so many problems. I had just failed once to make the pick up happen but they are like punishing me for that. now I had no choice rather complaining in higher authorities. It is really very much shameful on behalf of paytm for such a service. It’s really very much difficult for me to travel in my old address and make the pick up done. since the pickup was approved on 19th of august it should have been picked up by 4 days but its almost 15 days and still the pickup is not done. all the paytm executives say that it will take just 48 hours to resolve your problem but after saying 48 hours they have still not made the pick up. please kindly help me.
