I registered complaint on behalf of my friend.he ordered puma women white sneakers of rs 3149 from paytm mall on .item delivered on 14 jan 2021.next shoe size not comfortable or heavy and not comfortable for running purpose.so he dropped return request on 17 jan 2021.as per their return request policies item return request should be requested within 7 days.so he did the same.also according to their policies their executive have to picked the item with 5 days but still they not approved return request as well as no pickup the item.my friend mailed them lots of time but they are not responded.his money got stuck in that item.please help us about this.
