I purchased redmi note 7 pro from flipkart, after receiving the device soon i realize that this device is not upto the mark and i am facing battery issue with the phone. I complain my issue in flipkart as my device is in return period, they send their technicians to diagnose my device but without diagnosing my device they update that my device is ok and cancelled my replacement request 2 time.
Please help me
