Subject: No answer for refund of ticket which was booked in Nov 2019
Dear Team,
This mail is in context to my travel tickets from New Delhi to Bali which was booked on the month of Nov 2019.The agent was make my trip. The travel date was 20/03/2020 .Due to lockdown during the airlines was not going.So requested for cancelling tickets due to covid.Since then no refund has been received since March .The co is not picking call neither reverting.Please help in refund of money as I am out of job during covid.Also attaching mail details and tickets details for reference.
