I book th ticket through the flipkart id.of air india from dhoa to mumbai on 30 march 2020,with booking id no FF2003186275562, with the name of nitish mishra.was canecl by ur side due to covid-19. Which was not refund by u, and after calling u 6 to8 time the customer care centre always give 2 days of time by that a month gon, but still not came call hy ur side. And also they not even tranfer the call ti their T.L or manger. So i wish to copmalin here also from here if i don’t get response on tommorow. I shall go to file a case against flipkart on local police station and also in consumer court. So do the needful as soon as possible.
