This complaint is regarding Amazon order no. 8cues wireless remote which was delivered to me on 26 June and due to some defect after multiple attempts Amazon agreed for return and product was picked up by seller but now not initiating the refund due to their system glitch. The product has reached seller and he is giving his acknowledgement about same but Amazon is denying the refund stating that product was under replacement though it is still listed under returnable category. Attached are the pictures of product picked by Amazon seller services scheduled by seller and tracking status confirming that it has reached the location. Please help ASAP.
