I have a canceled a ticket having PNR: 6803319482, East Coast Express, Date of Booking:23 red march, from Belda to Secunderabad, and I mailed several times to care@irtc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in, tdrprocess@irctc.co.in even called in customer care by intimating them to refund the amount in a new account no, as old one has closed. I have provided all the details of new account like account no, ifsc code.. but till now I didn’t get my refund in new account. If probably they have send also that might be in old account, which might again returned to irctc as the account is closed. So, please enquiry regarding this issue.
