I self returned a product to the seller according to Amazon’ term and condition. And the product’s order number is 404-3655819-9190715. it was delivered to the seller on 27th July 2022 in a well packed box same like I received. but after one month Amazon did refund my money. and after one month the seller is making excuses and complaining that the received product found as in damage condition and also missing something from inside the machine.
I am chasing amazon for this issue for more than one month. and amazon also making excuses. and they are not ready to refund my money.
This is very poor from amazon and we are kind of feeling cheated from amazon.
please take legal action against Amazon and help me to refund my money.
