I am P muralikarthik from Sangareddy district ,Konyal village, 502314 i book a jioairfiber on febrauary 2nd they visit to my home on 8th February their the installation in completed but the internet is not working in my place they left all the setup in home and they left ,So i am asking for refund when i call to customer care they are not responding me and they are not solving my network problem till today they are not responding when i asl for refund they are not responding are they are talking rudely .i paid Rs 5240 i am not using any service of them they are not solving my network issue either they are refunding my money
