I booked 1 tickets of nuego bus on 25 January 2024 through my Paytm account. The bus operator didn’t respond to my calls and he left before the arrival time and left us . Also in the mean time i was continuously on talk with customer care service providers and they were telling me to wait as the bus has not reached the point. They accepted their mistake but did not give refund . I have all the messages and call recordings. I request you to give my refund with other extra payments which i had to make another booking which is of rs.500 and waiting for 3-4 hours.
