On 17 July at 8 pm there was a sale of redmi k20 I went to mi app and added redmi k20 and earphones in cart and while doing payment, payment got timeout and money was deducted from bank but order was not placed and order got cancelled I called to mi service center and told about this they told me I will get refund in 8-10 days and on 27 I again called them told I not got refund then they told me that it will be done in only working days so there was 2 Sunday so I wait more 2 days no response so called again they told me in 2 days we will call u but again no response I twitted the same problem but they reply that our team will reach u as soon as possible.
