Dear Sir,

I am a Customer who buy some products in Peppilon Nx Shop in Charni Road, Mumbai (Dated 9th October 2022 at 6.44 PM). And i pay the Amount of Rs. 1393/- on his Paytm Account. But if the Merchant’s Paytm Account is closed so Money should be Return Back to me. Till Date Money not yet Refunded.
Even Merchant is the following up with customer care support, but we didn’t get a satisfactory Answer.
Here i am attached the copy of UPI Transaction ID.
Please look into the matter and do the needful, ASAP.
