I have ordered the Size of 9, he seller has sent me the size of 10 which is totally different, and now the Flipkart customer representative stating the replacement has been cancelled, even though they have mentioned clearly in return policy there is Replacement within the 10 days of product purchase. Now they stating they cannot replace the item please help me out regarding this
