Text of Complaint by Aadarsh Jain:

I have been using airtel 4G router, but from last 6 months it was not active so according to the policies the service got disconnect, so on 2nd July, 2020 i again put request to re-active the service and was quite impressed that Airtel representative respond and came to change the 4G SIM but they told that it will take around 4 hours to activate which was obvious, but its been 4th July and it haven’t activated yet and none of the representative are responding in positive way, they just say we’ll check and call you back but we receive no call. It was damn urgent for me to activate this connection as i was also ready to put optic fiber connection but in Aurangabad it hasn’t came yet so was left with the only option left of 4G router. Please go through this and tell me what is the problem happening.
