I bought Nokia 43 Inch TV on 7th April 2021 from flipkart on TV sale day with jeeves Complete Protection. After proper TV installation and tv were working fine in may end accidently my TV got damaged due to some reason and i raise complaint on flipkart as well as on jeeves. After My complaint get registered, technician came and review the damage and he said he will repair/replace my part as soon as possible. But after few days i got mail from jeeves and they said as per our terms and condition you are not eligible for replace or repair as the repair cost is exceeding your maximum coverage i.e repair cost is 22500 and actual invoice cost is 24999 but i got this in 20749. Now they are saying as this is exceeding maximum value so we can provide only 10374.50 as refund. after this incidence i mailed them n number of times but they are not disclosing the quotation and not providing me the part replacement so i request you to help me in this matter thank you
