I bought a product from Flipkart tha itni Ghatiya service hai ki me isko return ke paresan hote hote 1 month wala hai kam se kam me 15 baar customer care se baat kar chuka hu lekin koi resolution nahi mil raha sab yahi bolte hai apka pickup ho jayega or pickup wale already 6 baar pickup cancel kar chuke hai aj mene fir Flipkart customer support se baat ki to ab bola ki ab sirf replacement hi ho payegi return policy nhi rahi matlab me itna presan hua hu na inki service se ki kya hi batau bhot ghatiya service hai koi nahi sunta mene bola mera refund krdo pehle to wo bolte hai ki pehle pickup hoga uske baad inhe ye baat bol bol ke thak chuka hu ki koi pickup hi nahi karta or pickup rejected daal dete hai
upar se kal ek delivery wala aya to usne mana kardiya usne bola ki apke pass jo product hai uski image nahi hai different hai humare pass hum nahi le jayenge
