I have have bought Paytm Sound box 6months before then Paytm executive told the 300rs charges of this box will get refunded but not received any amount and monthly 125rs charges automatically got debited from Paytm then I have deactivated that box but still they showing due of that monthly charges I do complaint about this they will say we didn’t do anything you have to pay that charges but why I do pay that amount I deactivated box before that due they affecting my cibil and facing problems regarding this due I want my all the money back otherwise I do complaint about this
