This is D Elango, Pat Tm post paid sanctioned 28k. When i paid Rs 17,900/- to merchant .They settled only Rs.13,900/- and falsly claim that they settled fulll amount even after sending merchant bank statement with the proof of creditbonly.13,900/- only. It is cheating
